Easy at Home Workout

This one is very similar to the others I have posted- but even easier to remember.  I changed it up with the squats a bit by doing true squats the 1st and 3rd time, but doing a Plie routine from my high school dance class for the 2nd set (2 regular plies, and then a grande plie repeated 5x in 1st and 5 in 2nd).  Everything else I kept the same!  It took me just about 30 minutes- which is good because I was already sore from painting the new house yesterday.
